About the role
We are hiring the person who will own how this company hires. You will set the headcount plan with the executive group, rebuild the employer brand, and hold the bar on quality of hire while we open three new markets.
What you will do
- Own the global hiring plan and the budget behind it
- Build and lead a distributed recruiting team of nine
- Rebuild the employer brand and the careers site with Marketing
- Replace gut-feel hiring with structured, evidence-based decisions
- Report hiring performance to the board every quarter
For two years we hired for growth. For the next two we hire for standard. That is the job.
